I don't create a lot of remarks, but after reading a few of the responses on this page This is a bit harder than I thought? | Burrows Solutions News. I do have 2 questions for you if you don't mind. Is it simply me or does it give the impression like some of the comments come across as if they are coming from brain dead people? :-P And, if you are writing on additional online social sites, I would like to keep up with anything new you have to post. Would you list of the complete urls of all your social community pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

I'm again sorry Caleb. We were having inventory issues with the manufacturer. I wish we could have gotten it shipped out to you in time. You have been refunded.

So my item never got here. I have not received a refund. It is quite frustrating because I now know that there is no possible way it is going to get here before i fly out, and I ordered it on AUG 1st.

Hi,
If I had found an e-mail address at your UBCD4Win website I definitely wouldn't be e-mailing you here but your e-mail address was missing. I can't register on UBCD4Win due to problems regarding the Challenge Question; I spelled out the total and the question but nothing works so I'm unable to ask my questions or take issues to the forum.

I don't understand? Why do people post problems here?

Did you receive the message I left for you last week? We were unable to ship it with expedited shipping and had to go with regular shipping. I apologize to say that we had to go with a different supplier so that messed things up a bit. You should see a partial refund on your credit card, we refunded a majority of it.

Can people please email or call us? I am sorry to say that while we strive for great customer support and try to be the best, on occasion there are problems and you will see that with anyone. I wish we were in a perfect world. But please, call or email us because you will receive a much faster response. Thank you.

--UPDATE- It was nice talking to you on the phone, thank you for understanding and I am glad that you are satisfied with your order.

I apologize for not being clear on the site within the listing. It is the 64bit version. Keep in mind though, if you happen to have a Win 7 OEM 32bit disc sitting around.....you could use that to do the install if you prefer or need the 32bit version. The keys Microsoft provide will activate and work with no problem on either 32bit or 64bit. Thank you for taking the time to ask.
