Email support is available and is the recommended contact method. Emails generally receive a response within 12-48 hours. We currently do not have set office hours for our phone line however call are generally forwarded to someone who is available.  If you do not reach a person, please do leave a message so we can contact you back.  Phone messages are generally returned within 12-48 hours, please leave a message with good contact number(s).  All responses are generally returned between the hours of 9am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time.
