All monitors sold are brand new and generally carry a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. I personally open each one to do a quick test for defects and bad/stuck pixels. Please check the details of an item listing, I may offer a "dead/bad/stuck pixel guarantee."  I offer a 30 day return policy on LCD's, after that you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty inquires.
