This is a repair service. I will run some diagnostic tests on the laptop and replace the DC jack. If I am unable to repair your laptop I will refund you $50 and will ship your laptop back to you. The $29.95 covers my shipping costs and parts.

Turnaround time is generally 24 hours.

What we need from you:

1. Pay for this service
2. Include the model number with your order information
3. Pack your laptop well and include the power adapter
4. Insure your package
5. Email the tracking information to me
   

Some Notes:

• We DO need the power adapter for your laptop, that is a must.
• We do NOT need your hard drive, if you have sensitive information on it then keep it.
• There are no hidden fees and we will not charge you for anything else, unless you request that we fix something else.
  

Turn around time depends on shipping. Your laptop will be repaired within 1 to 2 days, generally the night that it is receivedt. So in most cases you will have your laptop back within a week.
